Through sharing my thoughts on mental health, I discovered the power of storytelling and how deeply our experiences connect us. That connection now guides my work behind the camera—using video and photography to explore emotion, perspective, and the beauty of the world. For me, documenting new places and inner landscapes are one and the same.
